Scheduling of Appointments
Kindly call the Corporate Development Department (CDD) to arrange for your doctor’s appointment before arrival. Please bring along your passport, doctor’s referral letter, x-ray films and any medical reports (or any other relevant documents) for registration purposes.

Comfortable Accommodation
Rooms/ Home/ Apartment at walking distance for your convenience are available.
Currency Exchange
We could assist you in exchanging your home currency to Malaysian Ringgit, should the need arise.
Flights Information and Visa Extension
We are able to assist in your flight booking, rescheduling and visa extension.
Other Services and Information
Our Customer Service Personnel will be happy to attend to you throughout your treatment period in our hospital which operates from Mondays to Fridays, 9:00am - 5:00pm and Saturdays, 9:00am - 12:30pm.

Penang Breast Care Society which members consisted of breast cancer survivors was set up in 1988 and housed in Mount Miriam as a voluntary body to give advice and support to the breast cancer patients.
