Mount Miriam Cancer Hospital is one of the leading cancer hospitals in Malaysia. We are a private and not-for-profit hospital with a mission of providing high quality and compassionate care to patients. A 40-bedded and comprehensive cancer hospital, we offer integrated services covering radiation therapy, brachytherapy, chemotherapy and palliative care.

The hospital is well equipped with the latest technological equipollents and staffed with a dedicated team of oncologists, a palliative doctor and experienced oncology personnel. The hospital is also planning to acquire a PET-CT Scanner and introduce SRS & SRT services. We place strong emphasis on cancer research and training. In line with our expansion plans, we seek qualified candidates for the following positions:-

Director of Nursing

Requirements:
  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree in Nursing and is registered nurse with the Malaysia Nursing Board
  • 5 years experience as the DON from healthcare line

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Administers the Nursing Department in hospital to maintain standards of patiet care.
  • Develops and implements overall nursing care organization plan consistent with hospital policies and objectives.
  • Recommends establishment or revision of policies and develops organizational structure and standards of performance.
  • Develop, implement and administers nursing services budget and expense control system, as well as oversee master nursing service staffing plan including recruitment and continuous training and development of nurses.

    • Clinical Support Manager

    Requirements:
    • Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree of Medicine & Surgery (MBBS). A degree in Health Administration or related field will also be considered.
    • Minimum of Five(5) years in managerial position is required
    • Capacity to establish and maintain constructive relationships within and out of the hospital while maintaining integrity and confidentiality
    • Candidate must be positive, professional team player, able to manage project time constraints and work with little supervision.

    Resident Medical Officers

    Requirements:
    • Recognized Medical Degree with minimum 3 years experience
    • Good inter-personal skills with a positive working attitude
    • Independent with ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

    Head of Therapy Radiographer

    Requirements:
    • Degree in Therapy Radiography with a minimum 10 years working experience in radiography.
    • Strong leadership, analytical, good communication skill.
    • Posses drive and integrity with experience in supervisory skills.

    Senior Staff Nurses

    Requirements:
    • Registered with Malaysia Nursing Board and possess a valid APC.
    • Possess at least a Diploma in Nursing with 3 years working experience. Candidate with Degree in Nursing and relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good planning, organizing and problem solving skills.

    Cashier / Receptionists

    Requirements:
    • Minimum SPM is required
    • Candidate with experience will be an added advantage
    • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate able to speak mandarin will be added advantage
    • Willing to work under stager shift

    Patient Care Assistants (PCA)

    Requirements:
    • Minimum SPM with 4 credits (Bahasa Malaysia, English, Science and Mathematics)
    • Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
    • Interest in nursing and willing to attend training
